How does billing work?

Since joining our wine club is a membership and we hold onto latest releases for our club members to enjoy, members are billed automatically twice per year based on the original billing information provided, and shipped their wines based on the original address.

What happens if I want to cancel?

We’ll be sad to see you go! But if you want to cancel your membership, send us an email at wine@grammvineyards.com. You can also login to your account, and navigate to "mangage my memberships", where you can cancel there.

Please note that if you cancel after your shipment has been sent, you will still be billed for that shipment. You will not be billed for shipments moving forward.

I didn’t receive my wine. What do I do?
